I received absolutely excellent service from Darcy! After being given the runaround by a few other agencies over the past few months, I was feeling really overwhelmed, confused and unsure where to turn next. Darcy was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and give me some much-needed direction and clarity. What really stood out was that she went above and beyond my expectations. After our phone call, she took the time to email me a summary of everything we'd discussed so I had it for my records. Such a simple gesture, but one that made a huge difference. It's rare to come across this level of care and genuine customer service. I'm so grateful for Darcy's help and can't thank her enough!
