General

Registry Australia can be contacted by email or phone and voicemail to receive support for any products or services supplied by us.
We endeavour to reply to all support requests within 48 hours of receiving the first contact. Any first emails sent to our support email address will be replied within 5 minutes with a receipt of successful delivery.

Raising A Complaint

In the first instance, please raise any complaint through our standard communication channels (eg. contact form or via email to support@registry.com.au). If you have contacted us and are not satisfied with the outcome, level of service you received or the way in which your concern was dealt with, please escalate your issue to us. We only accept escalations in writing to the following address: Registry Australia Complaints Department PO Box 13267, Law Courts, VIC 8010

Opting-Out of Receiving Marketing Material

Please send an email to support@registry.com.au with your Reference Number and ABN we will ensure to add you to our “Do Not Send” database. Please note that if you call us to request we remove you from our mailing list, you will still be instructed to email us your request and Reference Number. We take all removal requests seriously and you can be assured your details will be removed.

auDA Policies

auDA is the policy authority for the .au domain space, responsible for the development, review and enforcement of policies dealing with the registration of .au domain names and the operation of the Australian domain industry.
